Shipping and Return Policy

Temporary Action:

Regarding Shipping within Japan:
Shipping for orders will begin sequentially from October 3rd. If you do not receive a notification of shipping completion within two weeks from your order date, please contact us at info@canicani.dk.

Regarding Orders within Europe:
Products ordered by October 2nd will be shipped by October 3rd. For orders placed after October 3rd with European destinations, shipping will begin sequentially starting from October 28th. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within two weeks from October 28th, please contact us at info@canicani.dk.

Regarding International Shipping Outside Europe and Japan:
Shipping for international orders will also begin sequentially from October 3rd. If you do not receive a notification of shipping completion within two weeks of your order date, please contact us at info@canicani.dk. Please note that any customs duties incurred at the destination will be the customer's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.

 


General Shipping Time:

  • We will ship the package within 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed.
  • We are not responsible for delays that occur once the package has been handed over to the postal service. Please note that any duties, taxes, and handling charges applied to shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. If you need to update your address after receiving a confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. This also applies to orders that are lost or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information being provided.

Attention Regarding International Shipping:
For shipments outside Japan and the EU, customs duties may apply in the destination country. Please be aware that these duties are the purchaser's responsibility.

 


 

Return, Defective Product, and Cancellation Policy:

At CANiCANi, we have established the following policies to ensure our customers can purchase with confidence. Procedures may vary depending on whether you are located within Japan or internationally.

Defective Products or Incorrect Delivery:
If the product you receive is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately via phone or our inquiry form.

  • For issues due to our error, we will provide an exchange within 7 days of delivery (Japan) or 30 days of delivery (International). If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the product price. All costs, including shipping and transfer fees, will be covered by us.

Return Conditions:
If you wish to return an item, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery (Japan) or 30 days of delivery (International).
  • The item must be unused and undamaged.
  • All accompanying items, such as invoices and product tags, must be included.

Non-Returnable Items:
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been used.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Return requests made after 7 days (Japan order) or 30 days (International) from delivery.
  • Any other situations where we determine that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

Attention Regarding Product Characteristics:
While we strive to match the color of product photos as closely as possible to the actual item, variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings and lighting. Additionally, slight differences in pattern placement and nuances may occur due to the nature of fabrics. Returns will not be accepted for these reasons.
